Ashmoret "Ash" Mishal is an international ultra-marathoner champion (125 mile/200 km), former coach for the Israeli military and a published author of Ultra Success: 12 Steps to Power Performance (2017). She is a corporate speaker and a success coach specializing in programs she created that use science-based goals and achievement skills, known as the Ultra Leadership Method. These include her proprietary coaching techniques for setting ultra goals & achieving them. Ash's proven approach teaches individuals and groups how to succeed in both business and life through following her unique twelve steps method. She has been featured on Good Day New York, ThePostGame, EPN, Ynet, XNet and more.
Ash served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) from 2010 to 2012 specializing in leadership development and coaching. She achieved the rank of Sergeant and after army service, continued working for the military, training Officers and the Special Forces, until 2015. She also worked as a lead trainer for business executives at the “Ariel National Leadership Center”. Ash created the Ultra Leadership Program in the U.S., in 2016, and applies what she learned from 6 yrs. of training Israel’s military forces, to teaching people how to focus on setting and achieving goals in their business and personal lives.
She studied Outdoor Training at Wingate Institute, Wilderness Therapy at Kibbutzim College and graduated with a BA in Psychology from the Open University of Israel. She lives in New York.
